Deadlift - 5 x 2 *end 10-20lbs heavier than last weeks heavy triple
DB Row - 10/10, 10/10, 3 x 5/5
Group Stations:
1. Med Ball Load - trading off rep for rep with a partner
2. Sled Drag - 150ft (with partner standing on sled
3. Med ball Slam and Pass - sets of 10
4. Pull ups - sets of 3-5 pause reps
***for group stations put partners or groups of 4-5 at each station and have them complete max sets of each exercise during a 5 minute time cap.
