Bench - 6 x 1 thru bands
Accessories:
Bamboo Bar Press - 5 sets of 8 trading off with partner
DB Row - run the rack 6 sets of 5/5, descending weight
Shrugs - 100 reps total. Start with a heavy weight for 5. Keep stripping/loering weight and doing max reps until 100 is reached
