Strength & Conditioning Coach

I have been lifting weights since 1992 and I started training clients in 1999. As a gym owner, coach, and father, I place a premium on setting the bar high and leading by example. Over the years I have coached numerous state champions, All-Americans, NCAA champions, Olympians, UFC fighters, and NFL 1st round draft picks. I developed an intense training style that will prepare you physically and mentally for any of life's challenges.
Goals
If you are a wrestler or wrestling coach you have came to the right place! My weekly Wrestling Strength program will give you the exact same workouts used each week by my elite wrestlers. If you are someone who wants to train hard, get stronger, faster and in great shape, I have plenty of programming options for you also. You don't have to be a competitive pro athlete to train and look like one - I can help you get there.
Training Requirements
Most of my workouts can be done at any gym (home or commercial) as long as there are free weights. Access to a sled for dragging and pushing is highly recommended. For most programs you will need at least 1 piece of cardio equipment - bike, airdyne, rower, etc. - all of which can be swapped out for any conditioning modality as long as you utilize the same work:rest ratios.

You train pros, but I'm a beginner - how will I know how to do the workouts?
The great thing about my App is that every workout contains a technique video for every single movement. From your warm ups, to plyometrics, to strength work or conditioning circuits there is never any guesswork or having to search to find the proper technique. It's all right there in every workout!
Do I have to be a wrestler or wrestling coach to join?
No! Although my Wrestling Strength program has been used by elite wrestlers and coaches around the globe, you don't have to be a wrestler to train like one! Use my program to get functionally strong, stay injury free and build tremendous endurance. Plus there are tons of other programs to choose from: Looking to lean up fast? Try the 28 Day Shred. How often do I get new workouts?
The Wrestling Strength Program drops with new workouts every Monday morning! Thisperiodization changes year round to reflect the needs of wrestlers during season, after season and in the preseason. Other programs drop monthly, my app already has these ones to choose from: 28 Day Shred, Pump & Shred, RTC Big Bench, Youth Wrestling S&C - new ones added each month!
