Option 1
Airdyne - 10 sec sprint every minute for 10 minutes. Stance motion when off the bike.
*4 athletes can use 1 bike, just allow 5 seconds transition time before and after each sprint.
Athlete 1 sprints :00 - :10
Athlete 2 :15-:25
Athlete 3. :30-:40
Athlete 4 :45-:55
Sprints must be MAX EFFORT
Option 2:
5 Chin UPS
5 Jump Squats
X 10 rounds as fast as possible
