Summer Session: Pause Rep Bodyweight Burner

1000 rep Bodyweight Challenge Pause Rep edition ***add a 1 second pause to EVERY REP at the transition point between eccentric and concentric*** 100 Pull Ups 100 Dips or Bench Dips 100 Lunges (50 each leg) 100 Chin Ups 100 Split Squat (50 each leg) 100 Push Ups 100 Ring Rows 100 Glute Bridge 100 Superman Press 100 Crunches or Ab Wheel You can do this challenge in a giant circuit (10 rounds of 10 reps each or even 20 rounds of only 5 reps each for speed) or complete multiple sets of one exercise at a time until 100 is reached. High volume BW workouts are one of the best strategies for hypertrophy so we will be doing a different version of this every week!
