As we transition into In-Season programming, this week will serve as a testing week.
Unlike testing during the other training blocks we will not be testing 1RM on the barbell lifts. Most of the testing this week focuses on endurance and capacity.
Day 1
Universal Warm Ups (found in “start here” section)
1. Box Jump - max height
2. Broad Jump - max distance
3. Chin Ups - max reps
4. 1 mile Run Test
