Summer Session Week 1 Day 1 *This week will function as an intensity deload on the main lifts. For athletes that maxed out last week this is crucial for the nervous system to reset, and for new athletes this allows time to work on and perfect technique. Universal Warn Ups (see the START HERE section) Deadlift - 5 x 5* (40-50% 1RM) DB Row - 5 x 12/12 Group Stations: 1. Med Ball Load - trading off rep for rep with a partner 2. Sled Drag - 100ft 3. Med ball Slam and Pass - sets of 10 4. Pull ups - sets of 5 ***for group stations put partners or groups of 4-5 at each station and have them complete max sets of each exercise during a 5 minute time cap.
