The next two weeks will serve as a de-load to allow your body to acclimate back to the volume and intensity of off season training. If you have not yet had your state tournament, continue to use the peak season program. Week 1: Acclimation Day 1 [Warm Ups] Sled Pull Thru & Row - 2-3 rounds Shoulder Mobility Pull Ups - 2 x 10 Glute Bridge - 50 reps [DL Complex] 5 rounds Sumo DL - 5-8 @ <50% 1 RM Straight Arm Lats - 10 S.L. Glute Bridge - 10/10 Band Y's - 10 Split Squat - 3 x 10/10 Chin Ups - 3 x max reps Stability Alternates - 3 x 20 End with 10 minutes Light sled Drag OR BW Lunges
