For the 20-15-10-5-20 I am a little confused. Is it 1 set of 20, 1 set of 15, 1 set of 10, 1 set of 5, and then 1 set of 20 again equaling 5 sets and then I am done. Or, is it go through 20-15-10-5-20 5 times where I do 20 reps x5, 15 reps x 5, etc. The second option is 350 reps of the exercise and the first option is 70 reps of the exercise. Which one do I do?
