Summer Session Week 2 Day 1
*This week will we will begin to increase weight on the main lifts. However, your heaviest set on the deadlift should still be something you can easily get 3 reps with.
Universal Warm Ups (see the START HERE section)
Deadlift - 5 x 3 begin to increase weight
DB Row - 5 x 10/10
Group Stations:
1. Med Ball Load - trading off rep for rep with a partner
2. Sled Drag - 150ft (with partner standing on sled
3. Med ball Slam and Pass - sets of 10
4. Pull ups - sets of 3-5 pause reps
***for group stations put partners or groups of 4-5 at each station and have them complete max sets of each exercise during a 5 minute time cap.
