LAST DE-LOAD WEEK
This week will serve as a transition into the first real training block of the off season. Start to increase weight and prepare to go hard and intense next week.
This week is higher volume, more supersets, but still a very basic structure to help you acclimate to lifting weights after a long season.

Goblet Squat - 5 x 10
Bench Press - 12, 10, 8, 6, 6
- Face Pulls - 10
- Seated Row - 12, 10, 8, 6, 6
- Band Pull a Parts - 10
Superset: 5 sets
Tricep Press Downs - 20
Shrugs - 20
Reverse Hyper - 100 total
Ab Wheel - 3 x 10
