Bulletproof Shoulders Prehab Routine

Use this routine on a regular basis to build resiliency and prevent injury to the shoulder. If you incorporate as part of your daily warm up, just complete 1-2 sets of each movement. If you are using this as a separate prehab workout, perform the number of assigned reps and sets. You may also choose to do the movements separately (completing all sets of one exercise before moving on) or perform in a circuit/superset style.
