These are more advanced exercises. They can just be used during the week whenever you feel like to replace other core exercises during the week or add to the deep core day. I’m giving you a variety, to keep things fun over the next four weeks if you really want to challenge yourself! Do not do all of them
Pick 5 to 6 exercise exercises.
Remember, regardless of you and your journey if you have never done the deep core coordination and connection work I highly recommend taking a few steps back for the first four weeks!
