All you will need is a kettlebell for this workout.
You’ll do 2-3 rounds of the movements in this circuit.
You’ll do each movement for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest.
Or if your short on time, 20 seconds each ☺️

Oh my!! That was WAY harder than I had anticipated. Only did 2 rounds because of heat and time. 🔥🥵

Only had time for one round of each with minimal rest in between but that was a great full body workout. Downloading for later use. Wondering how to deal with single sided exercises, I tried to do 20 seconds on each side or count how many I did in the first side in 20ish seconds and just did the same on the other side.
