Hopefully by now box jumps are not so intimidating! There is a reason and intention they are programmed multiple times a week. This is where mental fortitude meets physical capacity. Today's session deliberately pushes you beyond comfortable thresholds, challenging both cardiovascular limits and muscular endurance simultaneously. Your body will demand you to quit; your mind must refuse. By fusing strength training with athletic movements at high intensity, we're not just building stamina, we're forging resilience.
