Such a great full body burn! 3 circuits. One lower, upper and core focused circuit. If you are more scrunched for time limit the rounds or choose one focused circuit and ham it out! If you can only choose one, the upper body has a bit of core in it so might be a great option. You’ll feel a good burn, get a sweat going and a bit of a heart rate if you limit the rest! Have fun!
