Man, life keeps throwing curve balls that have prevented me from being consistent but I’m not letting it get me down! Did what I could today and plan on redoing this workout Wednesday and finishing! I was able to up my weight in reverse lunges so that is a huge win despite it all! 🙏🏼

My kid managed to somehow hurt my knee last night by bashing it with her head 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ did what I could today, stopped when the pain got to be too much- don’t want to actually hurt myself

Tough and all, but just felt like it dragged on. Don’t love continuing to just add more sets instead of changing something to improve the flow while still increasing intensity. Longer doesn’t necessarily equal harder, just longer.
