Week 2: volume + Load
This is the most explosive day of your week. Every movement is designed to train your body to produce force fast, change direction, and land with control. The strength work you built in Phase 2 is your foundation, today you’re learning to express it athletically. Your ankles, knees, hips, and core all have to work together here. Stay focused between sets because the quality of each rep matters more than the weight on the bar.
