Quick Upper Body Challenge

300 rep challenge! High volume, lighter weights challenge. Warmup: Walk/run 1 mile 100 lateral raises 100 bicep curls 100 tricep extensions Every time you take a break you have either 5 pushups, 8 commandos or 30 second plank hold •Optional 1 mile walk run after My upper body was toast! But it was a an effective & beastly workout! Please choose a weight that challenges you! It’s also ok to drop a weight as you go if form is being compromised! Can also modify the pushups, commandos or planks as need be throughout the workout! Sometimes I did knee pushups sometimes regular!

OUCH… can’t feel my arms but great burn!!! Had to go super light and still burned!

Hannah omg 🥵 my arms are jello! My arms buckled every time I went down in a pushup toward the end of the workout. I can hardly hold my phone 😂
