Walk/run 1 mile
100 lateral raises
100 bicep curls
100 tricep extensions
Every time you take a break you have either 5 pushups, 8 commandos or 30 second plank hold
•Optional 1 mile walk run after
My upper body was toast! But it was a an effective & beastly workout!
Please choose a weight that challenges you! It’s also ok to drop a weight as you go if form is being compromised! Can also modify the pushups, commandos or planks as need be throughout the workout! Sometimes I did knee pushups sometimes regular!
