You worked so hard it’s now time to finish off this week with some core work and mobility. The oil to your engine! If you would like to add in some LISS cardio before or after this you can! I would suggest incline walking for 30 minutes or an easy going run! If you would also like to add in a 1-2 strength exercises of choice!
