I haven’t been able to drag myself out of bed early enough or even will myself to work out in months. It has been a hard few months mentally because of that. But this morning when I told myself “just start a workout and see how it goes” I knew your app would have something to help get me out of the slump. I managed to do every exercise, some without modifications and I feel so good.😊 Thank you!
