This is the most explosive day of your week. Every movement is designed to train your body to produce force fast, change direction, and land with control. The strength work you built in Phase 2 is your foundation, today you’re learning to express it athletically. Your ankles, knees, hips, and core all have to work together here. Stay focused between sets because the quality of each rep matters more than the weight on the bar.

Had fun with it today because I know it’s just gonna get more intense in the next few weeks! That being said I did add some reps and a set here or there because it felt too easy. So impressive to see all the phases come together!
