Week 2: load + volume Today is about building a strong, stable overhead position and then expressing it with power. You’re going to move heavy, move fast, and then be challenged to hold positions your body isn’t used to. The push press is your anchor for the day, everything after it builds off that same overhead strength in different ways. Your shoulders, back, chest, and arms are all working today but the real theme is control meeting explosiveness.
