You can sub out the running with any cardio of your choice (biking, rowing, stairs, eliptigo, ski erg, jumping jacks, burpees ect)

I absolutely love love love this HIIT workout. It is so much fun, I get to move my whole body, and work on my stamina. I also make sure not to use light weights to up the difficulty a little.
