Just finished a full body workout that had my heart rate elevated for over 10 min and included shoulder presses and core work for this day of the challenge ✔️

I should ask this in the Facebook group too, but how do you strengthen your grip? My wrists about kill me trying to do push-ups with my hands over the weights. You're incredible, Hannah! Thanks to you and Michal for all you do for us! ❤

So excited about day 4! Note to the world- can we rebrand the Man Makers- it’s hard enough as a woman to feel comfortable at the gym, lifting weights, etc, without having the impression these exercises were designed for men, or to make you as strong as a man. I’d love for my daughter to grow up with a different idea of the world, health, and exercise. That’s why I’m here.
