This is a suggested deload, but I want you to make it your own. Your body deserves rest. Your body deserves care in whatever way that feels good to YOU.
Please cut your weights in half and have an RPE of five or six! So the weight feels pretty light and you’re just feeling some good connection to the lifts
I am adding in some intentional decompression and cool down work for you! You could also just walk and do the mobility I have programmed at the end of this workout
Your nervous system needs a reset too, so that next week we can come back strong, hit it hard with more strength work, and dive into Phase 2 of Reclaim.
Rest is part of the process. Trust it. 💛
