W4/D1 Bridge: Lower Body

Look familiar?? We are repeating bridge week 1! BUT: new warmup!! Lower Body: Strength Full Body Upper Body: Strength Full Body All you will need for the next few weeks is access to light-heavy dumbbells or kettlebells (can use barbells if you have a rack or use a gym). There will be the occasional use of a band or ball (modifications are always included) Workouts will be between 30-40 minutes give or take.
