Week 1 Day 1( Week 4) Spring Training: Lower Body

We will be repeating the last 3 weeks and adding Progressive overload! You’ll see this change in either reps or sets this week on one or a few of the exercises. If the reps/sets are the same, shoot to increase weight if it feels right. This is how we continue getting stronger! Welcome to the first workout of the next 6-12 weeks (depending on feedback) REMINDER: THIS PROGRAM IS TEMPORARY! After this workout gets pushed out of the daily training folder it will disappear. HOWEVER, if you like this workout you can download or save this to your favorites folder and have access to it after it disappears! We’re using inspiration from a couple of loved programs that were temporary last year (Spring Bridge), original get stronger, this last ignite challenge structure will stay + a sprinkle of 30 minute and under for the HIIT workouts. Ugh- went up in deadlift but that’s it- which is fine. This workout is challenging as hell

Perfect end to the week. Even maxed out my deadlift this go around! Felt so good!
