Semi-Deload| Day 3| Fullbody Conditioning

Team! Are you ready for the Reclaim YOU challenge?! If you haven’t yet, make sure you sign up using the challenge link. This week we’re doing 3 workouts, a semi-deload week. I want your body feeling fresh and ready to go when we kick off January 5th, especially with the holidays in full swing. We’ve got upper, lower, and full body on the schedule. Or if you loved last week’s workouts, feel free to repeat those instead! You will need a pair of dumbbells for this circuit. You might need a few different weights for lower and upper body exercises. There is a variety of exercises on purpose for this first workout! We are targeting a little bit of everything in each major muscle group! The core is also going to target muscles of the deep core and outer!
