Loved that. Such a good way to start the holiday week. Did two mike walk and a mile run got nice and sweaty and now time for family

This was a nice “get back into it” routine. I’ve been in my head for the last 2 weeks since I finalized divorce and then got sick and recently norovirus 🤢😢. Normally the gym is where I leave everything and sweat it out and lift. I’m just not feeling it. Hoping tomorrow will be different.
