Tbh, I forgot the last 5 min was an EMOM so I started doing the reps continuously and wondering how in the world I was going to make it the whole 5 min ๐คฃ๐คฃ so I finished the last 2 min as an EMOM ๐ฅต๐ฅต๐ฅต๐ฅต Iโm dead.
