All I can say is ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ!! Tbh, I forgot the last 5 min was an EMOM so I started doing the reps continuously and wondering how in the world I was going to make it the whole 5 min ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ so I finished the last 2 min as an EMOM ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿฅต Iโ€™m dead.
