Happy Christmas week! We’re deloading this week with some of your favorite full-body workouts from last year. There will only be 3 workouts this week to accommodate for the holiday, so please take it easy. You’ve worked really hard these last six weeks and your body deserves this rest. Enjoy time with your loved ones, recharge, and get ready because we’re gearing up for the Reclaim YOU Challenge starting January 5th!
You can also take Wrapped and repeat those workouts this week and cut the sets in half or reduce your weight load and back off intensity and remove the Plyos! Please make sure you’re allowing your nervous system to rest this week!
