This is our final week of WRAPPED, and it’s time to see what all that hard work built. We’re dropping volume, upping intensity, and testing your strength. You’ve earned this. The high-volume weeks, the tempo work, the progressive stimulus, it all led here. Now we let the body show what it’s capable of. After this week, we’re heading into a two-week deload to let your body recover, accommodate the busy holiday schedules, and prime you for something BIG in January: Reclaim YOU. Finishing off the week strong!! 💪🏼 This leg workout isn’t just about building lower body strength, it’s about developing the kind of power and athleticism that makes you feel unstoppable. You’re training your legs to generate explosive force, move with control and stability, and handle whatever physical demands life throws at you. This workout combines heavy strength work with dynamic power training to build legs that are functional, athletic, and resilient. You’re developing single-leg stability to prevent injury, explosive jumping power for athleticism, and serious hip and glute strength that protects your knees and lower back while improving your performance in every movement pattern.

Wow!! Legs are going to feel that. Have a sore back so couldn't lift as much as usual, but it was still a burner!!!
