You don’t need to earn your food, you’re an amazing human who DESERVES food no matter what you do. Use this workout as an ode to thankfulness to your body for being able to move,For having the time to set aside to exercise, and as a thank you to your body for being so so so strong. You will need a barbell (optional), weights, band, and slider (cardboard) for this workout
