It’s pretty rare that we throw in a LISS ( low intensity, steady state) cardio workout. But here’s the deal: THEY ARE SO GOOD FOR YOU! For your long term health, your hormones, your recovery, your endurance, your mental health! We’ve done a lot of very hard cardio workouts the past 12 weeks so we’re treating the body to some active recovery!
