This circuit was definitely 💯 challenging but fun and enjoyable at the same time. This candle sticks are the end 🥵. I am so proud of myself for completing the 5 sets because I was dead after the 4th.

Ohhhhh this was a good one! Only made it through 3 rounds for the time I had. But mannnn was sweaty and felt good in an 80 degree garage 🥵

I did not want to workout today but remembering that some movement is better than non, I went for it. Definitely slow and had to modify my moves but I did a workout on the heaviest day of my period! 🥳I’m proud of that because it does help me through the period cramps.
