Ohhhhh this was a good one! Only made it through 3 rounds for the time I had. But mannnn was sweaty and felt good in an 80 degree garage 🥵

I did not want to workout today but remembering that some movement is better than non, I went for it. Definitely slow and had to modify my moves but I did a workout on the heaviest day of my period! 🥳I’m proud of that because it does help me through the period cramps.

This is my favorite type of workout!! Feel like my whole body is made of jello but in the best way 🥵 Around round 3 thought I’d be reducing weight/reps but pushed through without mods and now I feel like I can do ANYTHING 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
