Week 4: Deload/Recovery • Sets: 3x6 reps • Intensity: 60–65% of 1RM Week 3: Peak Block • Sets: 3x3 • Intensity: 85–90% of 1RM • Focus: Maximal strength and CNS adaptation Equipment needed: barbell, dumbbells and cable (or bands) Main focus is back and biceps and accessorizing with delts! We will be working different muscles of the back & biceps while also working same muscles in different positions/exercises to target different muscle lengths/tensions to get the most out of this workout.
