Each movement is 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest between movements.
For movements that are per side, be sure to do 40 seconds per side
All you will need is a light and heavy pair of weights

Thought I was gonna have to find something quick to finish up to get as sweaty as I wanted but round 3 proved me wrong! Whew! Went heavier and to failure for some that felt good to do. Love how modifiable these are ๐ฅฐ
