Welcome to a new phase of training and happy Memorial Day! After the spring bridge program we are going to shift into more push/pull/conditioning style workouts. These workouts are APPROXIMATELY 30 minutes. Always give or take 10-15 minutes depending on rest or access to equipment.

Very interesting workout, I did not expect to love it. Doing it with heavy weights makes much more challenging than it seems.
