Each movement is 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest between movements.
For movements that are per side, be sure to do 40 seconds per side
All you will need is a light and heavy pair of weights

So glad I was able to fit one round in even with my daughter with me. She said “mommy why do you exercise when it makes you hurt the next day” and my response was “I love being sore the next day, it’s a sign that my muscles are growing and I’m getting stronger”.
Love having those types of conversations around exercise instead of the ones I grew up with!

This workout LOOKS easy and it would be if you go for light weights but once you up these weights it becomes quite challenging.
I enjoyed this workout honestly and the gorilla rows are surprisingly fun. I have never done them before.

It's inconvenient not to have the break timer already set to 20 seconds...I thought it would be harder but instead I did 4 rounds! 😎
