Repeating the full body split one more week with a drop in sets. You can also keep the sets the same and drop weight. Take it a bit easier this week to gear up for our new body part split and CENTERED core challenge starting January 6th. Surprisingly sore even tho I started going down in weight for the reload. So used dumbbells as a way of self control instead of using the bar. But felt good and focused on movement control instead of lbs
