Repeating the full body split one more week with a drop in sets. You can also keep the sets the same and drop weight. Take it a bit easier this week to gear up for our new body part split and CENTERED core challenge starting January 6th. Upped my wall sit weight and it about took me out! But I made it 🥹💪💪

Surprisingly sore even tho I started going down in weight for the reload. So used dumbbells as a way of self control instead of using the bar. But felt good and focused on movement control instead of lbs
