If you have been following the 12 week bridge program, congratulations this is your optional deload week.
The workouts this week will be short, sweet, and light.
The goal is to give your body a break and a rest from lifting heavy and progressive overload so that next week when the challenge launches, we can hit the ground running.
You can use the workouts posted or make your own. But again, the goal is active recovery and rest.
