First let me say that this was one of the best, if not the best full body workout I have ever come across.
Now… what the hell was that!!! 🥵🥵🥵 this was deceptively BRUTAL. I think I need a nap to recover🤣. But honestly this was a great workout I was shocked that I was able to do the full range renegade row, did not know I had the ability to do that. I highly recommend this work.
