PHASE 3: POWER + ATHLETICISM
You’ve built the base. You’ve built the strength. Now it’s time to use it.
Phase 3 is where everything you’ve put in over the last eight weeks starts to show up differently. You’re going to move faster, hit harder, and ask your body to do things it couldn’t do when you started this program. Every session has a purpose and every movement has an intent behind it. Strength is still here but now it has a job to do.
This phase is built around three things: producing force, expressing it athletically, and controlling it on the other side. That means explosive hip drives, rotational power, deceleration work, and movements that train your body the way it actually moves in real life. Not just stronger, but more powerful. Not just stable, but athletic.
You earned this phase. Now show up and take it.
Today is about building strength and power from the ground up. Every movement has an intent behind it, either driving as hard and fast as possible, or controlling the deceleration on the way down. You’re going to feel this in your glutes, hamstrings, and posterior chain in a way that’s completely different from Phase 1. The banded resistance on your primary lifts means the only way to complete the rep is to drive with full effort. No coasting today
