Welcome to a new training phase! For the month of December we are mixing it up to shorter full body workouts, each day with a different style of training. This time of year the goal is to keep moving and have fun and these workouts should reflect that! This will lead into our January challenge where we plan to ramp up the intensity 💪🏻

This felt amazing! After a week vacation and some extra good food. This felt strong. Added a mile walk and half mile run with a weighted vest and ended with some core. 💪🏽
