This weeks 20 minute or less is 3 of the favorite burnout finishers from previous workouts. Why not combine them together to make a fast and furious full body workout that’ll have you working hard in under twenty minutes. The burnouts are: Lower body Upper body Core Each burnout will take 3-5 (ish) minutes All you need is a medium and light pair of weights (or band). These are all live videos so please read the description for the burnout if you want to go at a separate pace 💛🙏🏻
