This is my new go-to 😂 every once in a while I get hooked on a certain workout and repeat it on those days when I really have no motivation - this is it. It's quick, and movements I enjoy. Paired it with a 30-minute steady run, perfect Sunday sweat!

Challenging but a good break after the last 8 weeks! Underestimated the burn I would get. Eventually, I'll learn 😉 saving for vacation! A good way to get some movement in without taking too much time/equipment.

Feeling SO good after this. Didn't realize how hard I was pushing my body and mind. This week has been. Wonderful way to work AND give my body and mind a little break. So good! Thank you!
