Perfect workout to do on vacation when you want to get a little something in but don’t have a ton of equipment. I substituted the devils press for burpees. 4 rounds in 20 minutes and I feel great!

this was my first workout after coming back from holiday… It was really hard!! I did 4 laps in 26 minutes but then I had to stop because I couldn't do it anymore! Anyway, pretty satisfied.. I'll get back to my strength and endurance!
