Felt easy but I’m very sweaty so I know I pushed it! Quite pleasing to have it feel easy but still get some good work done

It look easy but once I started I was wow it really works every muscle in your body . Considering I am over 40 great workout to keep me consistent.

Did NOT want to work out this morning 😂 but after a quick mindset shift to thankfulness that I can move my body to be a better mom I got it done…and it was so dang worth it because this was a good one!👏🏼✨
