This week we’re doing 3 workouts, a semi-deload week. I want your body feeling fresh and ready to go when we kick off January 5th, especially with the holidays in full swing.

You will need a bench, dumbbells, and an optional leg press for this workout.
The goal of this workout is to minimize rest between the movements.
The minute your done with the first movement see if you can go straight into the second.
